No. Niveka is not an interior design company. We don't design homes, source materials, or manage projects.
We are an independent analysis service. When you already have one or more quotes from interior designers, we read those quotes and explain them to you — what's included, what's missing, what's vague, and what to ask before paying an advance.
The final decision — which designer to hire, which quote to go with — is always yours.
No. We explain and compare — we do not make a recommendation. Our report gives you the clarity to make the decision yourself, with a complete understanding of what each quote actually includes and where the risks are. Choosing a designer is a personal decision that depends on factors only you can weigh.
Yes. The entire process is remote — you share your quotes digitally and we deliver the report digitally. There are no location restrictions. Whether you're in Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Delhi NCR, Chennai, or a smaller city, Niveka is available to you.

No. Niveka has no referral arrangements, tie-ups, commissions, or commercial relationships with any interior designer, contractor, material vendor, or product brand. Our only revenue is the fee you pay for your report. This is what keeps our analysis independent.

No. The report gives you better information before you commit — it does not guarantee any outcome. How your project goes depends on many factors beyond a quote, including execution, supervision, material delivery, and the working relationship with your designer. What we do is help you go in with open eyes and the right questions asked upfront.
We don't make value judgements or say one quote is better or worse than another. What we do is make sure you're comparing quotes on the same basis — scope, inclusions, materials — so that a ₹6L quote and an ₹8L quote can be genuinely compared rather than taken at face value.
Often, a "cheaper" quote is cheaper because it excludes things the other quote includes. We'll show you that clearly.
No. Our report is a professional analysis document intended to help you understand your quotes — it is not a legal contract, a certified valuation, or an official verification of any kind. It is not a substitute for legal advice. For disputes or legal matters, please consult a qualified professional.
Any format works. Photos of printed quotes, PDF files, Excel sheets, Word documents, or forwards from WhatsApp — send us whatever your designer gave you. If the quote is unclear or we need more detail, we'll ask you directly on WhatsApp before proceeding.
Your report is delivered within 48 hours of us receiving both your payment confirmation and your quotes. The clock starts once both are in — not just one. Premium plan customers get priority processing within the same 48-hour window.
No. The entire process is remote. You share your quotes on WhatsApp or Email, pay online, and receive your report digitally. There are no site visits, no in-person meetings, and no calls required (unless you choose the Premium plan or the expert call add-on).
We can work with minimal quotes too — in fact, a quote that is vague or brief is itself a finding. We will flag that the quote lacks sufficient detail and tell you exactly what to ask for from your designer before signing anything.
If a quote is too illegible to read, we'll let you know upfront and ask for a clearer copy.
After you contact us on WhatsApp and we confirm we've received your quotes, we share payment details — UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, or any UPI ID) or bank transfer. Once payment is confirmed, we begin work on your report immediately.
Yes. Even with one quote, the Basic plan tells you exactly what it includes (and what it doesn't), whether GST, transport, and hardware are covered, whether the payment terms are standard or risky, and what to clarify with your designer before paying an advance.
Many homeowners use it to negotiate a more complete quote or to decide whether they want more quotes before proceeding.
Yes — as long as the report hasn't been delivered yet. Additional quotes can be added at ₹299 each. Let us know on WhatsApp as soon as possible after payment if you have more quotes to include.
Because every report is custom-prepared for your specific quotes and project, we cannot offer refunds once the report is delivered. If you feel something important was missed or unclear, please message us on WhatsApp — we're happy to clarify or follow up on specific sections of your report.
